Can you guarantee that your meals are gluten free?
We are not a 100% gluten-free kitchen as we use the same facilities to prepare gluten-containing and gluten-free meals. We do take every precaution to minimise cross-contamination. Please get in touch with us if you have further concerns.
Do you offer bigger serves of your meals?

Yes we do! Simply contact us with what you would like and how much and we can go from there. Prices vary as per size required.

Do you offer catering?

We are able to offer catering of food trays for small events.

How big are your meals?

Our meals are made into serving portions for one person and come in generous sizes so your tummy is content!

How can I find out when a dish is available to order?

You can sign up to be notified for any dish that is not currently available to order by simply entering your email address and clicking submit. You will then be notified as soon as the dish is in the current menu and is available to order. You can unsubscribe from this at any time.

How do I heat my meals?

All meals are packed in take away containers some of which may not be suitable for freezing or microwaving in. We suggest you empty your meal in a plate then reheat and freeze in appropriate containers.

Will I have to cook my food?

Little Miss Indee’s meals are all freshly prepared and cooked ready for you to enjoy.  The only items you would need to cook are our frozen raw pastries.

Can I add special instructions or requests to my order?

Yes.  You can add any special instructions or requests that you may have, in the order notes section at checkout.  The notes section is located at the very bottom of the checkout page.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you need to change your order, please contact us or send us a message via our Facebook page and we’ll do our best to help you!

How do I place my Order?

Placing orders couldn’t be simpler. Please refer to the How it Works page to get a brief step by step description or just begin browsing the Menu and adding items to your cart.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes.  The minimum order value for all orders is $45 (excluding delivery fee).

What happens if I order after the cut off time?

The website will automatically carry your order to the next delivery or pick up day. Remember to confirm your pick up or delivery date before checking out – this will also appear in your confirmation email.

What is the cut off time for orders?

Please note that all orders are to be placed 48 hours prior to pick up or delivery. We are a very small business and your patience and support is very much appreciated.

| Pickup & Delivery

How is the food delivered?

GREAT NEWS!  Little Miss Indee is now delivering to more areas!  Please enter your address in the search box below to see we deliver to you!

Our meals are prepared, cooked and delivered on the same day between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.  We deliver local to keep down the transport time as we work within the 2/4 hour rule to keep in line with food safety regulations.  The food is kept cool during transport.

Please note there are limited number of slots available per day and there will be no delivery option available at checkout once the maximum number of deliveries per day has been met.

We prefer someone to be home to receive the delivery as the meals are perishable and we send a little reminder on the day of the delivery.  In the event, there is no one home when we arrive, we will leave the food in a safe place either in a recyclable bag or box with a follow up text to you let you know.

Alternatively, you are welcome to leave an esky out big enough to fit your order, but this would need to be pre-arranged with us before the delivery.  The food should then be consumed immediately or put in the fridge.

What are your pickup times?

We offer pick up by appointment only between 2pm and 4.30pm on the day you have selected.

Please note there are a limited number of slots available for pickup per day. Once these slots have been filled you will not be able to select pickup or delivery for that day and the next available day will be selected automatically at checkout.

What is your delivery fee?

There is a simple flat rate of $10 for all Little Miss Indee deliveries.

Where are you located?

Little Miss Indee is located in the lovely suburb of Woodville West (Adelaide). Address details for pick-up of your meal will be provided upon order confirmation.

Do you support Buy Now, Pay Later?

Yes.  Little Miss Indee currently supports Afterpay, Zip Pay and Paypal Pay in 4 for your convenience. Simply choose your preferred payment type at checkout to make use of buy now, pay later payments.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Little Miss Indee we accept payment via Afterpay, Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal (including PayPal Pay in 4). All payments are processed through our secure site with industry standard 128bit encryption for your piece of mind. No card details are stored on our site.

Can I choose from different gift voucher styles?

Yes. There are a number of different designs to choose from and designs are categorised as follows:

Can I choose when to have a gift card delivered?

Yes.  When purchasing your gift voucher you can specify the date in which you would like to have it sent to the recipient.  Simply select your delivery date from the calendar in the delivery date field and your gift voucher will be sent on the date you choose.

Do I have to use the entire amount of my gift voucher at one time?

No. You don’t. Your gift voucher can be used across multiple transactions until it expires or until such a time that your balance is $0. To check the balance of your gift vouchers, simply go to My Account (you will be asked to login if you are not currently logged in), go to Gift Vouchers and all your vouchers with their balance and expiry date, will be listed there.

NOTE:. You do not have to be a registered user in order to use your voucher, however you will only need to be registered if you want to see it in my account.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes. Little Miss Indee Gift Vouchers are a perfect idea for that special someone or occasion. Gift Voucher recipients can choose for themselves exactly what they’d like from the current menu available. You can purchase Little Miss Indee Gift Vouchers in amounts of $60, $80 or $100.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

If you have a gift voucher, it can be redeemed in either the shopping cart or at checkout.

To redeem a gift voucher in the shopping cart, simply enter the gift voucher code in the coupon code field and click the apply coupon button.

To redeem a gift voucher at checkout, click the text “Click here to enter your code”.  The coupon code field and button will appear. Enter the gift voucher code in the coupon code field and click the apply coupon button.

Can I leave a general review for Little Miss Indee?

Yes. If you would like to leave a general review, simply head over to our Facebook page or to our Google profile and leave a review there. Reviews are always welcome.

Can I leave reviews for a dish?

Yes. You can leave reviews for any of our dishes, at any time. Simply head over to the dish gallery, find the desired dish, click on the dish image to be taken to the dish, click the reviews tab and enter your review.

Do I have to have an account to be able to make an order?

No. You can checkout as a guest at any time, without having to register an account.

How do I register a new account?

Registering an account on Little Miss Indee is very simple. Simply select Login/Register from the menu to bring up the login/register screen. From there select Register and fill in the required details to create your account on Little Miss Indee.

How do I update my account details?

Updating your account on details on Little Miss Indee is very simple. Once you have logged in, click My Account to go to the My Account dashboard and go to either the edit address or edit account tab to make your changes.

How do I view my order history?

Viewing your previous orders on Little Miss Indee is very simple. Once logged in, click My Account from the menu to get to the My Account dashboard. Go to the second tab titled ‘My Orders’ to view your full order history.

What are the benefits of registering with Little Miss Indee?

All registered customers will receive a bonus of 100 loyalty points ($10 value) upon sign up.  Customers can optionally enter their birthday (DD/MM) to receive 100 bonus loyalty points on their special day.

What kind of packaging do you use?

Here at Little Miss Indee we use compostable packaging for nearly all of our food. No single use plastic is used and all packaging is fully compostable either at home or commercially except for our aluminium foil trays where some of our goods are baked in.
